Second wind..
“Do you sell cranks?”
“We certainly do sir”
“Do you think I should change them?”
“Are they broken?”
“No, they just look a little tired and don’t match the rest of the bike”
“Well, how about…..”
After listing a few options one of our customers opted for one of our new services.
Cranks take a lot of abuse on a bike, they help make it go, they take your weight, they usually get hit a few times on a ride, the list goes on.
More often than not though they might look in a lot worker condition than they actually are.
After talking to a few customers about this and convincing them that they have many more miles left in them, they ask “Is there anyway you can make them look better?”
Simple answer, yes.
